Shipping policy

8MSolar LLC processes orders on a first-come, first-served basis. After payment is processed and your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. Don't see that email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please call for a custom shipping rate — we can and do ship to these locations.

Freight shipping

For in-stock products, standard processing times are 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier availability and national shipping lanes, and can vary anywhere between 3 and 21 business days.

Freight services are available for large and oversized orders. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis, and standard processing times vary based on product availability.

Parcel shipping

Estimated shipping times on single item, in-stock orders are 2-4 business days depending on position in the order queue. Actual delivery dates vary based on carrier.

Parcel shipping services we offer include FedEx and UPS. If you have a different service you would like to request, contact our shipping team at sales@8msolar.com.
