Certain products or services may be available exclusively online, may have limited quantities, and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy. We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, to limit quantities, and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

The equipment we sell is designed by the manufacturer to be installed ONLY by licensed, trained and insured solar electrical installation professionals. We strongly advise the customer to seek the assistance of such a professional to perform the implementation of any of these products, and we make no warranty of the purchaser's safety, the success of equipment implementation, or compliance with local codes and regulations. 8MSolar LLC disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of information disseminated and/or fitness of the materials sold for a particular purpose. Some used or grade B titled equipment may not include a manufacturer's warranty; no warranty may be created or extended by sales or promotional materials on these items. All installation advice provided before, during or after purchase is purely for general concept education and must not replace the expertise of a licensed and trained solar specialist. The customer agrees to full indemnification for 8MSolar LLC from any legal recourse relating to or arising out of the installation of purchased products.

On behalf of the customer, and depending on the state, we may choose to automatically file a solar-related tax form to protect customers from certain tax collections. By purchasing from 8MSolar LLC, you agree to allow us to document these forms.

Section 6 — Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.
